The VRT Megapump System and it's Energizing Effect

Much has been written over the last 150 years of the energizing effect of heavy repititious exercises such as weight lifting and isometrics. The aerobic challenges of running are another matter, in regards to the oxidizing endorphin "high" that runners maintain, but the "pump", which Arnold spoke of so eloquently in the movie "Pumping Iron", makes one feel, as Arnold put it, like a "body orgasm". I'm only the messenger here, so I must paraphrase in an ever-so-delicate metaphor that the public can wholly accept. His words were a little bit more commonplace. The intensity of VRT is directly proportional to the intensity of the mental vision that the student makes during his or her VRT exercise. This is what produces the burning "Megapump" of vasocongestion; literally the blood-engorged muscles of the muscle groups that are being filled by the exercise of VRT. Swollen, slow, and in an enduring torpor of blood congestion until the nutritious swell subsides, is the feeling of the practicioner of this method as the rest cycle begins after exercise. Only after weeks have passed will one see the results on the measuring tape, and notice the gain on the scale of good, muscle-dense weight. A system such as this is bound to make one's health and general over-all disposition happier and healthier. This VRT Megapump System, with the book by its name on Amazon (The Ultimate VRT MegaPump Bodybuilding System), and the DVD and Illustrated Booklet, available on my website , will make a beautiful addition to you and your friends who are intent on a better life.
