The Greatest Invention in Exercise

VRT - Visualized Resistance Training - is bar none the greatest development in exercise since the invention of the barbell. Who knew that the mind can take the resistance, normally offered by gravity, to a much higher level; one that doesn't need a darned thing to work the muscles, merely the tension of the muscle created by a visualized resistance; whether this visualized resistance be a barbell, a dumbell, a huge rock, the bumper of a car, or whatever one imagines. Mankind has always striven to find a way through life with less material; that's why the radios have reduced in sized from the huge cathedral radios of the 20's and 30's to the small cigarette-pack size hand-held radios of today; from a locomotive or a horse and buggy to a compact auto; from a huge old-fashioned camera on a tripod to a small digital camera or hand-held cell-phone camera. Smaller is better, or even nothing at all!! This is why the development, or "invention", of VRT is so unique, as this
will move the world of fitness a giant leap forward. Greg Mangan "VRT Man"
