How Certain VRT Exercises Can Heal Your Heart

Dr. Stephen Sinatra M.D., a Cardiologist, has a video on YouTube about specific movements of the arms and hands that circulate blood through the heart in a fashion that no other exercise can match. He illustrates in this YouTube video, and explains how Maestro's who lead Orchestras live incredibly long, well into their 90's. Here it is: Conducters are constantly in a state of moving their arms in back-and-forth, in and out, and swirling motions. Good for the heart; healing for the heart. In this video he mentions these as being analagous to the arm movements of Tai Chi. The movements and gestures can improve circulation throughout the cardiac area. A completely related exercise are the movements of arm and chest exercises of the VRT Megapump Bodybuilding System. I've always intuitively known about the healing effects of the visualized resistance effects of VRT. Now there appears to be scientific evidence. Keep on VRT-ing! Greg Mangan "VRT Man"
