The Miracle Muscle Builder called VRT

First, let me introduce myself to you. My name is Greg Mangan. I don't know if you've ever tried bodybuilding of any kind before, but I have. I worked out with weights on and off for about 20 years. During other long periods of time, I worked out with a popularly advertised isometric device that can be purchased in most sporting goods stores. The results were good, but my big hang-up was TIME. By that I mean I have a million other things I'd rather do with my time, but I still wanted to maintain a well above-average physique. With all my outside interests and activities, not to mention my job, I really don't have the time to devote even one hour a day to working out, much less the 3 to 4 hours a day of weight training it takes to be a world title bodybuilder. And even then, what if I was out of town for awhile, say on a business trip or on vacation, where weights (or even a health club, if I was a member) were not available? Even a suitcase or an overnight bag couldn't hold an exercise gadget. Unless I could find a way to haul my weights around, I could never leave my home or the general vicinity for any length of time. As I've said, I don't have a lot of time to devote to bodybuilding. If you're fanatically dedicated to bodybuilding for competition, then I guess you'd arrange your whole life to revolve around weight training. I have a degree in the Biological Sciences, and I'm also an artist, so I decided to apply creative thinking to the science of muscle physiology. Actually, I stumbled upon this method more or less by accident. But when I did discover it, I knew immediately that I came upon something new, something big, something that's never been done before in bodybuilding. With the first experimental exercises, I could feel the "pump" of blood swell my muscles, and with the invigorating, muscle-building "high" that I experienced, I vowed that I would dedicate my life to sharing this new discovery with the whole world! My next step was to give it a name. I decided to call it the VRT(R) Megapump System. VRT stands for "Visualized Resistance Training". You see, this method utilizes visualization techniques to build muscle; in other words, your creative imagination is what makes VRT work. Make no mistake; VRT is based upon sound scientific principles of muscle physiology; it's just that they are applied in a totally unique manner. So I went to work to develop a course that utilizes every major muscle group; I abbreviated it to last no more than 20 minutes, and of course, without any weights or equipment whatsoever. Without sounding my horn too loudly, I must say that it is nothing short of incredible. The most amazing thing about VRT is that it coordinates your mind and body to develop your muscles. VRT can be done anywhere and in any type of clothing. VRT is NOT isometrics or the Charles Atlas method (dynamic tension), outdated methods still used as an alternative to weights. In fact, the students of VRT say it far surpasses these methods. It can be done by men and women, children or senior citizens. It has been described as the most creative way to build muscle that has ever been devised. It works! Since its inception, the VRT(R) Megapump System has been tested by doctors and used successfully by bodybuilders, football players, wrestlers, martial artists, and other athletes. There are thousands of students of the technique in over 40 countries. I offer this system as a written 22 page course booklet illustrated with photographs with a 35 minute DVD. I am also offering it as a book on amazon.com called "The Ultimate VRT Megapump
Bodybuilding System Training Manual." The choice is yours. Either is an incredible bargain, as this is just a mere fraction of the cost of a home bodybuilding gym or a membership to a health club. Imagine: this amazing technique can be in your hands in a matter of days, building your muscles from the very start! If you really want to look better, feel better, have tremendous strength and vitality, and the kind of build that will stand out in a crowd, then you owe it to yourself to try VRT today! But you must act now, for supplies are truly limited. Simply go to vrtsystem.com for the course and DVD, or to amazon.com for the book. Thanks for your time, and I hope to hear from you soon!! Best Regards, Greg Mangan, VRT Health Systems
