NEW VRT Testimonial! Read This!

Here's a new testimonial I just received. God Bless you, sir. Here it is: Hi Greg. I recently purchased your ebook via Amazon.ca and had such great success that I posted a review. I noticed that your blog and testimonials haven’t been updated recently. I hope all is well. The reason why I am writing to you is that I have used it for a month and made better progress than one year of Convict Conditioning bodyweight exercises which were progressive and difficult but I wasn’t getting any bigger. My body still looked almost the same. Disappointing to say the least. I discovered your method by visiting theofficebodybuildingworkout forum. I was experimenting with the mind/muscle connection and flexing while doing my exercises. I wanted to find out more. First I read David Bolton’s book on stupidly light weights. I tried that but found it easier without them. Why? I do not know exactly. I bought JP’s book and started using the Miracle 7 Tiger moves. They were ok and I was sore using them but I was looking for more. I found my back or biceps weren’t really feeling it. The forum mentioned VRT. I went on Amazon and bought it immediately. I started working on them and was sore practically every day since. Like I mentioned in my review, my arms grew 1/4” within two days from not measuring them (I had only used your program for about a week). That was cold measurements first thing in the morning. My wife was looking at me and grinning just a few days ago when I had my shirt off. That’s a first. Lol. It’s been about a month and I lost some fat and gained about 2lbs of bodyweight also. I enjoy VRT so much that I can’t wait to do it the next day. I have never been that excited and it continues to mystify me how I can continue to get sore. Not much, but its there. My guess is I am getting better at contracting the muscles or I have a better mind/muscle connection. Anyway, your system is working for me and may continue to work for an unlimited amount of time. I never had gains like that before, so I am using VRT exclusively. You know it works. I know it works. I can see others not getting the results because they either don’t have the mind/muscle connection, its too much work, or they can’t measure their progress because it isn’t weights. I know that you have a tough sell for your program for the reasons stated above but those that try it will be amazed. You mentioned that you had many testimonials. If you do, please add them in on your site. I believe that your sales will exponentially increase. Especially if they include before and after photos. I will send you something at the 3 month mark to show my improvements if it helps. I know that you are a straight forward logical guy. Reading your book reminds me of me. You are straight to the point and very concise. I had no problems interpreting your information but if you end up doing another book, I would add a little more fluff. Lol. Some people don’t get it unless you drill the information into them. Look at the difficulties that Sandow had trying to get people to use his 3-5 lb weights. They said it was too easy. He told them to focus and contract the muscles more. They still didn’t get it, so he designed and sold spring loaded weights to get the people to grip harder which in turn helped them to contract and focus. Still, some didn’t get it. You have a system that is easy to understand for many but not by all. Like I mentioned before, VRT is a great system and I hope you soon get the opportunity to get things in motion again. I know I am not the only one checking on your site hoping for another testimonial, some before and after pictures, or any other thing that catches my eye. Thanks for reading this.
